Jaimine Johnson
Jaimine is the company director in charge of the leasing, sales and management of over 2 million square feet of Class A office, industrial/flex and retail properties. She joined DRK in 2007 with 13 years experience in the residential and commercial property industry. Jaimine’s skills in leasing, sales, due diligence, finance, construction, and marketing are all performed with an entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to DRK Jaimine worked for a New York-based Reit company called New Plan Excel. With N.P.E. Jaimine held a regional director’s position overseeing three Midwest states and nearly 4 million square feet of retail space.
She is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Serves as Co Chair for Membership Commitee for Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR), serves on the Membership Committee for Columbus Real Estate Women (CREW), and belongs to Columbus Young Professionals (CYP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and ARC. |

Jim Bain
Jim Bain works for Donald R. Kenney & Company Realtors where he specializes in the leasing and sales of properties across the Triangle Commercial Properties portfolio.
Prior to joining DRK, Jim worked in the residential homebuilding industry in new home sales and finance for Manor Homes and Developers Mortgage. He also has his own company, JHB Properties, and has designed, built and sold custom homes in Dublin and Powell.
Jim is a licensed Realtor® and mortgage sales agent, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Building Industry Association, and CCIIR. He graduated from Miami University with a B.A. in History.
Jim resides in Granville with his wife and three children. |

Brad McMahon
Brad joined the DRK team as a commercial leasing and sales professional. Brad began his career with Divaris Real Estate in Miami, FL where he specialized in commercial retail leasing and tenant representation. He currently holds licenses in both Florida and Ohio. Brad also has experience in new home sales, condo conversions and construction managment.
Brad graduated from The Ohio State University and is also affiliated with the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a member of Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) and ARC. |

A life-long Central Ohio resident, Dan has over 20 years experience in commercial and investment real estate. After working with the Ruben Family and Plaza Properties for 10 years, Baron sought out and started Chain Retail Group working the past 3 years with individuals as well as small to mid-size companies, restructuring their leases as well as closing and relocating retail locations in Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida.

Gary graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree both in Finance and Real Estate & Urban Analysis. Before joining the Metro Development team, Gary spent 18 years managing his own mixed use real estate development company.
Gary is married to his wife Lisa and they have two kids.

Andrew DiBlasi
Andrew is a graduate of Ohio University and native of Columbus, Ohio. Prior to joining Metro Development he served as Acquisition Manager for Phillips Development & Realty, a top 25 multi-family developer in the nation. He was solely responsible for the land acquisition and pre-development of numerous projects in the southeast totaling over $60 million in development cost. At Phillips he honed his skills in numerous facets of real estate including; acquisitions, land entitlement, land assemblage, due diligence execution, market forecasting, financial underwriting, capital sourcing, sales, and marketing.
Mr. DiBlasi has invested in and raised capital for real estate acquisitions and development since 1996. Prior to his time with Phillips Development he worked for Coldwell Banker as a commercial real estate agent. He thrived in this role achieving ‘Diamond Society’ awarded to Coldwell Banker’s top 15% internationally in transaction volume. His broad experience and comprehensive skill set will serve him well as Investment Sale Division Manager for Metro Development.

Amy Finn has worked for Don Kenney for over 12 years, currently as Executive Assistant for Project Development. In this capacity she coordinates public and private land development projects. She is the primary point of contact for many of the land acquisition, development and sales for several of Mr. Kenney’s companies. She acts as the liaison with governmental agencies and contractors related to project management from inception to completion. |
