Jaimine is the company director in charge of the leasing, sales and management of over 2 million square feet of Class A office, industrial/flex and retail properties. She joined DRK in 2007 with 13 years experience in the residential and commercial property industry. Jaimine’s skills in leasing, sales, due diligence, finance, construction, and marketing are all performed with an entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to DRK Jaimine worked for a New York-based Reit company called New Plan Excel. With N.P.E. Jaimine held a regional director’s position overseeing three Midwest states and nearly 4 million square feet of retail space.

She is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), Serves as Co Chair for Membership Commitee for Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR), serves on the Membership Committee for Columbus Real Estate Women (CREW), and belongs to Columbus Young Professionals (CYP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and ARC.

Jim Bain works for Donald R. Kenney & Company Realtors where he specializes in the leasing and sales of properties across the Triangle Commercial Properties portfolio.

Brad joined the DRK team as a commercial leasing and sales professional.  Brad began his career with Divaris Real Estate in Miami, FL where he specialized in commercial retail leasing and tenant representation.  He currently holds licenses in both Florida and Ohio.  Brad also has experience in new home sales, condo conversions and construction managment.

Brad graduated from The Ohio State University and is also affiliated with the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  He is a member of Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) and ARC.

Adam works for Donald R. Kenney & Company Realtors where he leases and sells office and industrial properties.  Adam graduated from the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, where he majored in Real Estate/Urban Analysis.  During his senior year he worked for Equity, Inc. as an administrative assistant and marketing consultant.  Adam uses this experience and educational background to provide first class service to his clients and in doing so builds value for their business.  He is currently a member of the Columbus Young Professionals and the Ohio State University Alumni Association.

John Gjamov joined DRK & Company in 2001 as a Commercial Leasing and Sales Agent where he focused on office, warehouse and flex property leasing and sales. John transitioned to the Investment Sales Team in 2007. His current focus is on Multi-Family, Office investment sales and Land Acquisition.

John graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management. John is also a member of the Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR).

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Toledo and has been a life-long Ohio resident.  Prior to joining Metro Development, Ryan was the Operations Manager and Co-Founder of Exodus Investments LLC.   He constructed and managed  investor’s real estate portfolios that exceeded $23 million throughout Ohio and Florida.  Ryan’s foundation has been formed by being licensed in the state of Ohio in both the real estate & financial side of investment transactions.  During his time at Exodus Investments  Ryan polished his skills in real estate including;  project management, market & demographic reporting and P&L analysis.  For the past 7 years Ryan has been accustomed to working in direct relation with government approved underwriters and processors. 

Gary graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree both in Finance and Real Estate & Urban Analysis.  Before joining the Metro Development team, Gary spent 18 years managing his own mixed use real estate development company.

Gary is married to his wife Lisa and they have two kids.

Andrew is a graduate of Ohio University and native of Columbus, Ohio.  Prior to joining Metro Development he served as Acquisition Manager for Phillips Development & Realty, a top 25 multi-family developer in the nation. He was solely responsible for the land acquisition and pre-development of numerous projects in the southeast totaling over $60 million in development cost.  At Phillips he honed his skills in numerous facets of real estate including; acquisitions, land entitlement, land assemblage, due diligence execution, market forecasting, financial underwriting, capital sourcing, sales, and marketing. 

Paul D. Isaacs is the founder of Isaacs Enterprises, a real estate development company. He has been engaged in the development and sales of residential and commercial real estate for over 40 years. He has developed over 140,000 square feet of retail and office space, over 1,000 apartment units, a full service restaurant in Marysville, Ohio and 5 Wendy’s Old Fashion Hamburgers restaurants in the Springfield, Ill area. He founded Isaacs Enterprises, Realtor in 1971, selling investment properties in the Columbus area market. In 1976 he developed the Wendy’s franchise in Springfield, Illinois. In the 80’s he developed residential and commercial properties in Central Ohio. In the mid 90’s, he acquired the Re/Max Commercial franchise for the central Ohio market. In 2001, he joined Union Savings Bank as a lending officer as his sons took ownership of Isaacs Enterprises LLC, a real estate development company. He is currently serving on the Developer’s Council with the Central Ohio BIA and is a member of the Dublin Worthington Rotary. He is a past Chairman of Columbus Teen Challenge Home for Girls and a past board member of the Central Ohio Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He started the Marysville FCA Huddle in 1984 and it has run continuously since. Paul and his wife Carol have two sons and two grandsons and reside in Marysville, Ohio.
