A native of Columbus, Ohio, Kenney attended The Ohio State University before founding Donald R. Kenney & Company Realtors in 1966. Today, DRK is ranked among the top five commercial real estate companies in Central Ohio.

In 1969, Kenney founded Triangle Investment Company. In the years since, the company has built more than 35,000 multi-family units, more than 8 million square feet of office and office distribution space and hundreds of other office, retail and commercial projects.

In today's very competitive market place, DRK and its affiliate organizations strive to produce the highest level of consumer satisfaction, which drives the overall success of the organization.

As CEO and Broker, Tre' Giller is responsible for the overall direction of DRK and all of its related companies. Giller has been with DRK for 17 years, first as a real estate agent, then as sales manager for the investment sales team. During his tenure as sales manager, his team sold over $550 million in commercial and multi-family real estate. Giller was also charged with developing the commercial property management company. The company now manages over 3 million square feet of space, with projects located throughout Central Ohio.

With assets in excess of $225 million in the DRK portfolio, Giller and his team offer deep local commercial real estate knowledge and experience. Under Giller’s management, the DRK team is adept at leveraging the firm’s core strengths and resources: strong operational, financial, and management skills. They can provide strategic direction and advice on matters of property management, leasing, and acquisitions.

Giller works with the care and attention required. Whether it is retail, office, multi-family or investment property, he has the expertise required to maximize value. His goal for all his clients: To implement a strategic plan to reduce overall expenses and improve Return on Investment capital.

Giller is actively involved in the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Buildings Industry Association, and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP). He teaches real estate education courses and leads seminars for real estate professionals and potential investors.

In February of 2012, Governor John R. Kasich appointed Mr. Giller to serve on the Ohio Real Estate Commission Board.

As Director of Commercial Real Estate, Aimee is responsible for commercial leasing and sales, property management, maintenance and tenant improvement construction of more than 3 million square feet of office, industrial/flex, and retail property. Primary areas of focus in her position include business development, financial and physical asset management, customer satisfaction, and associate development.

Prior to joining DRK & Company, Aimee spent more than 16 years in the Columbus office of Duke Realty Corporation, an Indianapolis-based REIT, serving as Vice President of Asset Management and Customer Service for 10 years. While at Duke, Aimee managed more than 12 million square feet of office, industrial and medical property as well as a team of property management and maintenance associates throughout central Ohio, and worked on more than 100 property acquisitions and dispositions.

Over the years, Aimee has served property owners and tenants in a variety of market segments. She recognizes that understanding the needs of clients and providing creative solutions and dedicated service to fulfill them is a fundamental principal of business operations.

Aimee is currently President of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in Columbus and has served as President of The Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Currently Aimee is also a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, participating on various committees.

Aimee earned a B.A. from The Ohio State University in 1998, and received her Ohio Real Estate Sales License in 2000. In 2009, she achieved the CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) designation.

Andrew has invested in and raised capital for real estate acquisitions and development since 1996. He started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial as a commercial real estate agent where he thrived in this role achieving ‘Diamond Society Status’ awarded to Coldwell Banker’s top 15% internationally in transaction volume.

He now serves as Investment Sales Manager for Donald R. Kenney and Company. Since joining DRK in 2010 his team has been involved in over $400 million in investment transactions and has been the highest grossing multi-family real estate brokerage in Central Ohio for 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the investment sales brokerage.

Prior to joining Donald R. Kenney and Company he served as Acquisition Manager for Phillips Development & Realty, a top 25 multi-family developer in the nation. He was responsible for the land acquisition and pre-development efforts of numerous projects throughout the southeast totaling over $160 million in development. At Phillips he honed his skills in numerous facets of real estate including; acquisitions, land entitlement, land assemblage, due diligence execution, market forecasting, financial underwriting, capital sourcing, sales, and marketing. His broad experience and comprehensive skill set is a tremendous asset to the DRK team.

Andrew is a graduate of Ohio University and native of Columbus. He resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his wife and two kids.
